The following documentation is required before a buyer enquiry can progress to transaction stage.
What qualified buyers must provide
Registered Company
Current corporate registration documents for the purchasing entity.
Valid Identification
Government-issued identification for directors and authorised signatories.
Gold Trading Licence
Where legally required in the buyer's jurisdiction of operation.
Proof of Funds
Verifiable evidence of the capacity to complete the intended transaction.
LOI or ICPO
A Letter of Intent or Irrevocable Corporate Purchase Order.
KYC & AML Acceptance
Written acceptance of Almasi International's KYC and AML verification procedures.
